Brand | Save the Children UK brand refresh
Brief description: I was Head of Creative at Save the Children UK when we collaborated with Dragon Rouge to refresh the brand in 2019. This successful partnership led to a much more dynamic, forthright and contemporary identity.
Further description: To ensure that the work would be consistently applied and continue to evolve, it was crucial that the creative studio had the right skills and tools to interpret the brand. In response to this, I developed a programme of Learning and Development sessions. We covered film, editorial, design and photography. We also looked at ideation and the core principles of viral content. I introduced social optimisation training across creative, digital and media teams, and I spent many hours coaching and supporting practitioners. Save was able to pivot from a traditional and antiquated brand to a robust and energetic movement.
