Creative | North Korea campaign

Brief Description: Amnesty UK were seeking to raise awareness of North Korea’s appalling human rights record and draw attention to a UN investigation into widespread abuses.

Further Description: Working closely with a North Korea specialist and a number of defectors, I built a powerful creative campaign that secured international coverage and sparked a surge of interest in the country’s abuses and notorious prison camps. Amnesty saw an uplift in donations and the contributor in the film The Other Interview is now a published author, media spokesperson and politician.

This film contains information and scenes some viewers may find disturbing. View film.

To maximise media coverage, I produced a movie style trailer for our film that was released on the same days as Seth Rogan’s comedy ‘The Interview’. View trailer.
